Today's page on the calendar. Yeah.
I think Somebody's trying to tell me something. :-)
It's been an interesting week. Still pretty slim-pickin's out there on the job market, but DH did get one lead, and has an interview scheduled for next week. Keep us in your prayers!
You know, the longer this goes on, the more I feel a pull to start preparing for the next bend in the road for me. Now is the time. (I thought it would be in a few years from now, when my Sweet Girl is done with high school.) I don't have a clue where that bend is going to take me -- I hate that! I'm the kind of gal who likes to plan ahead and know what's going to happen.
It's time to start digging into what the next chapter's going to be. Hence, the perfect timing for today's calendar page. Looks like I better spend some time on my knees and find out which path He has in store for me...
Looks like I better get my swimming suit on.

Chris and I have a phrase for this kind of stuff: "Exciting and Scary."
You have so many talents which can be a blessing AND a curse...so many roads to choose from.
We know you will do great at whatever you choose, whenever that time comes.
Sending much love,
Your Personal Cheering Squad
O Wendy Dear, I do understand. I have been trying to be flexible and adjust to all the "bends in my road" this year. I have had a hard time adjusting to being a Pre-empty nester with all my kids in full time school. NOW, YW is inviting my 11 year old to New beginings! I still have until Dec. Ugh..I guess I better get ready now for that bend.
Good luck in your qwest!
Cute calendar page! Good luck with the interview!! Do you have any type of degree in anything that you could use?
Hi Wendy~
Love your calander! I will keep you in my prayers. My own "road is bending and curving" right now and it's sort of scary, but I am choosing to believe that there is an exciting adventure headed my way! I am believing this for you also!

This sounds kinda random... but I love swimming in January. The cold is refreshing. Don't be afraid to try something new, you might enjoy it. Tell your husband good luck with the job interview!
Your posts are so inspiring. Thank you! Even though we've never met, I feel like were best friends...it doesn't even matter that we're in different phases of life, it's great!
We'll keep your family in our prayers, and best wishes in your endeavors!
